Now that you’re done, you can return your rental at Terminal 2 Departures. Just make sure to schedule a drop-off time. We’ll meet you there. The image below shows the exact spot.

The real questions parents ask when they’re tired, busy, and just trying to make the gear work. If your question’s not here, give us a shout, we’re (usually) quick to respond and slow to judge.
Help! Something’s missing or broken, what do I do?
No stress, we’ll sort it. Just send us a message or give us a call and let us know what’s going on. We’ll do our best to replace or troubleshoot as quickly as possible so you’re not stuck without what you need.
What if I lost a piece or part?
It happens. Kids and travel don’t always mix well with tiny parts. Let us know what’s missing and we’ll let you know next steps. Sometimes it’s no big deal, sometimes we’ll need to charge a part replacement fee. But we’ll always be fair about it.
Can I clean it before returning?
Totally optional. We do a full clean and safety check between every rental, so you don’t have to worry. If you want to give it a quick wipe or shake out the crumbs, we won’t stop you. But no pressure. Kids are gross. We get it.
My kid hates it. Can I swap it?
Kids are the harshest critics. Some kids love a product, others stage a full protest. If you’re having trouble and need to switch it out, contact us and we’ll see what’s available. We can’t always promise a swap, but we’ll do what we can to help.
