FAQ's
Is listing really free?
Yes. During our founding period, listings are completely free. We’re building the directory from the ground up and want the best family travel agents on board from day one. When we introduce paid tiers which will unlock enhanced visibility and premium features, we’ll give founding members advance notice and preferential rates. No surprises, no sudden paywalls.
Will it always be free?
No, and we’re being upfront about that. At some point we’ll introduce paid tiers for agents who want greater visibility. But listing during the founding period means you’re in early and you’ll be treated accordingly when that time comes.
How long does approval take?
Typically 3–5 business days. Submissions with full detail are approved faster. If we need more information we’ll email you directly.
What if my application is rejected?
We’ll tell you why. Usually it’s because a submission is too thin or doesn’t demonstrate genuine family travel specialisation. You can reapply once you’ve addressed the feedback.
Can I update my listing after approval?
Yes. Log into your account at any time to update your destinations, bio, or specialisations. Keep it current families are always actively searching.
Do I get access to the Facebook group?
Being listed in the directory does not give you promotion rights within the Facebook community. That’s a separate arrangement. The directory and the community are distinct channels.
