Directory listings Tots in Tow provides a directory platform for travel agents to list their services. Listing in the directory does not constitute endorsement, verification, or recommendation by Tots in Tow. Listings are provided for informational purposes only.
Agent responsibilities By listing in the directory you agree to provide accurate information, respond to enquiries within 3 business days, update or remove your listing if you are no longer accepting clients, and conduct your business professionally and legally.
Tots in Tow’s rights We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time without notice, particularly if the listing contains inaccurate information, the agent is no longer active, or the agent violates these terms.
No guarantees We do not guarantee a specific number of enquiries or leads. The directory is a visibility tool, not a lead generation service.
Changes to these terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
